What you will need:

• iTunes
• USB Cable
• Computer w/ USB port (USB 2.0 recommended for best performance)

1. First, you need to make sure iTunes is installed on your computer. If you do not have it installed, you can download it for FREE from iTunes.com
2. Once installed, open iTunes and connect your iPod using the USB cable.
3. Go to the folder you downloaded the .exe to.
4. Double-click the .exe file and it will prompt you for instructions on where to unzip the files.
5. 1 file will be extracted to the place of your choice.
6. Find where you extracted the files and drag the .mp4 file over to iTunes
7. iTunes should auto-update your iPod, but if not, you can drag the Video right over to your iPod icon or the video icon on the left pane.
8. You're done!

Example:

1. Download file to hard drive.
2. Drag and drop onto video icon in itunes.
